Jack Flanagan
Jack Flanagan began his career as an educator more than 25 years ago in the field of outdoor education. Benchmarks along the way have included work with the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School and stints guiding canoe and sea kayaking expeditions.
Joc Clark
Joc Clark has worked for over twenty years as an experiential educator, leading and developing adventure-based programs and schools. He consults and teaches internationally as a process consultant; specializing in leadership development, change processes, diversity issues, communication skills, and experiential learning.

Luis Benitez
Luis Benitez began work for Outward Bound in 1992 and has since worked with a wide variety of guiding and Leadership Development companies. In 1999 he guided blind climber Erik Weihenmayer to his historic 2001 Everest summit, chronicled in the feature film "Farther Than The Eye Can See” and also in Erik’s book “Touch the Top of the World”. In 1999, Benitez was the first American to attempt an ascent of Mt. Gangapurna (24,457 ft) in Nepal's Annapurna Region of the Himalayas. He has reached the top of six of the famed "Seven Summits" a cumulative 32 times. Benitez is the Senior leader of the Executive Leadership Expeditions to Mt. Elbrus, Kilimanjaro, Cotopaxi and Mt. Bob Gordon
Bob Gordon is the President of Outward Bound Professional and a member of the senior leadership team for Outward Bound. Under Bob's leadership, Outward Bound Professional has been a leader in the industry delivering results-focused programs for Outward Bound's clients in the areas of team building, leadership development, cultural change, communication, and trust building.
Eric Denny
Eric Denny is the Vice President of Operations for Outward Bound Professional. In his role, Eric oversees all aspects of program development, design and delivery as well as the management and training of over 100 facilitation staff throughout the United States.

Cate Cronin
Cate Cronin has over 25 years experience leading high performing, dynamic non-profit organizations. She has initiated and led major organizational transformations, building institutional strength and financial sustainability, and improving the organizations’ ability to deliver social good.
Sarah Gant
Sarah Gant was educated at Bryn Mawr College (A.B.) and Harvard Divinity School (M. Div). Prior to joining Outward Bound Professional, she worked as a journalist, political speech writer, policy advisor, and case writer at Harvard Business School.

Jill Lawrence
Jill works as a Program Manager and Facilitator for Outward Bound Professional, she has been with Outward Bound since 1994. During that time she has directed several 81 day Semester Leadership courses, served as Staffing Director for Colorado Outward Bound, developed curriculum for and ran Rocky Mountain Adult Renewal courses.
Benjamin Hoops
Ben Hoops has over a decade of experience in the field of outdoor education, team building and leadership training. Most recently Ben has been Program Manager and Director of Technical Development for Outward Bound Professional.

Cindy Makin Brown
Cindy Brown is currently a Senior Consultant for Outward Bound Professional. Working with companies of all sizes, she is responsible for organizational assessment, development of program design, program oversight, delivery and all program follow-up.
Lynne Lindsey
Lynne Lindsey has over 15 years of experience in the field of education working as a naturalist, environmental educator, classroom teacher and outdoor educator.
