Outward Bound Professional’s success draws in a major way from our deep resources of people and places. Our staff of 150 facilitators is second to none. Each has at least 10 years of experience in training and consulting. OB Professional Staff bring to the table a wide variety of skills and many years of experiential instruction. This wealth of experience allows us to design programs knowing we can match the right facilitators with the job.
At the same time, we can offer clients a choice of over 200 conference centers in the U.S. where we conduct programs, or we can travel to your site. What’s more, Outward Bound has over 30 wilderness basecamps in spectacular locations throughout the U.S. where we conduct sailing, mountaineering, canoeing, backpacking and rafting expeditions. We also have 32 basecamps and offices in countries around the world.
