Business Situation:
Cox Enterprises is a privately held company with five primary business units. Growing rapidly, the company implemented its own Executive Leadership Program to accelerate development of selected managers. Outward Bound Professional supplied a high-impact experiential component to the 12-month program.
Program Objectives:
While building a sense of team, the objective of the four-day custom program was develop leadership and team skills.
Program Outcomes:
Outward Bound Professional exceeded Cox Enterprises’s expectations in every category. Specific outcomes included:
