Sample Program:
Our Insight Seminars range from on-site programs to off-site, half day to a couple days. A day-long sample program may look like this.
Goals: Team building, team cohesion and communication. Meet in the morning outside at a park near your company's location. First activities are used to get the group used to the activities of the day and the expectations. Move to a short discussion of teams facilitated by the Outward Bound Leader. A longer problem solving initiative follows with the intent of getting teams into a challenging situation with a problem to be solved.
Facilitators are engaged in the activity to lightly guide the process. The activity is debriefed after the activity. Break. In the afternoon session, challenge and fun are mixed with outcomes and facilitation to bring team building, communication and leadership themes to the forefront. By the end of the session (of a one-day insight seminar) there will be a final wrap up and group discussion to provide a process to take lessons into the workplace. Ongoing follow-ups with Outward Bound may be arranged.
